Overview Waiting list:

Appointments are usually available without waiting list, ask your doctor for a referral. the waiting times for intake are about 2 weeks and for the start of treatment 4 to 8 weeks.

 

Mandatory excess

Your basic insurance covers standard healthcare services such as those provided by general practitioners, hospitals and pharmacies. The government determines what is covered by your basic insurance (Netherlands insurance).

The Dutch mandatory excess in 2024 has increased to €385.00

 

Referrals

Referrals may be made via your G.P., a Company Doctor, a Psychiatrist or directly by you.

 

Fees and Terms

At the initial consultation your therapist will explore your current issues, enquire about background history and establish the focus of therapy. When you first contact us, it is useful if you highlight the issues you would like help with. Terms of Payment are conform the NIP (Dutch Institution for Psychologists).

 

Payment via Insurance Provider

Payment can be made via your Insurance Provider if sessions have been pre-authorised. Please refer to your Insurance.

 

Health Insurance

Most major insurances are accepted. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully.

 

Cancellation Policy

You will be required to pay the full cost of the session if you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not provided at least 24 advance notice.
